When end-of-life care is needed, Riverside Health & Rehabilitation partners with hospice agencies to provide comfort-focused care. Hospice care is offered when an individual’s care needs turn from cure to comfort. This care can be provided in each individuals’ apartment or room. This patient-focused care offers numerous services to help manage pain and symptoms, supportive services to align your care goals as well as support to family and loved ones.
